Is this item authentic?

We only carry authentic products direct from the manufacturers or authorized distributors. Shop with confidence!

 

Do you actually have these items in stock?

• For these items labeled as "In-Stock", the answer is YES.

Will my item be delivered in mint condition?

We understand that a large section of our customer base are collectors. We always try our best to make sure the item you receive is in the best condition.  However, it's extremely difficult to guarantee a perfection. Please make your purchase with us with the assumption that your item will be “Near Mint”, taking into consideration the shipping and handling process.

How quickly will my item be shipped?

• In-stock items would be processed in 24 hours.
• Pre-order items have different release date, please check each item's description for the estimated shipping time.

Does a pre-order item require a full payment?

Yes, once you check out, you will be charged a full amount.

 

I have pre-ordered multi-items under the same order number, when can I receive them?

We ship preorder items as soon as they are released. So yes, you can place preorder items with different release dates and even include in-stock items on the same order. 

 

Where can I track my order?

If you have created an account with us, you will be able to see all your orders under My Account. The tracking number will be sent to your email once we shipped your order.
